Refund Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the purchase and take great pride in the quality of the products we sell. Customer satisfaction and happiness is our top priority.
We accept return only if the product is damaged or wrong. Opening video must to claim for the damaged parcel. No request will be entertained without opening video of the parcel.
We don’t have refund policy so in case if due to some stock or other reason, please change the article and adjust your amount.
For returns, we don’t provide free pickups and its purely depends on mutual discussion.
For any refund ( after discussion with the team of Shruti’s Boutique ), we take 10-12 working days.
